This Privacy Policy explains how the Grammilla mobile application and related services collect, use, and protect information.

2. Information we may collect
- Account and sign-in data: if you create an account or sign in, we may process your email address, user ID, sign-in provider, and basic profile information made available by the provider.
- Learning and app data: lesson progress, review status, test results, language preferences, inventory or reward state, subscription state, and other app-related settings needed for the service.
- Technical and device data: app version, platform, operating system version, device model, and limited diagnostic details that help us support the app and investigate bugs.
- Local device storage: some session, settings, reminder, and progress data may be stored locally on your device to keep the app working smoothly.
- Purchase and entitlement data: if you purchase premium access or in-app content, we may receive purchase status, entitlement, restore, and transaction information needed to unlock content and restore purchases.
- Notifications: if you enable reminders, the app may schedule local notifications on your device.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and sign-in session.
- To save, sync, and restore progress and app preferences.
- To enable premium features, purchases, and purchase restoration.
- To provide reminders if you choose to enable them.
- To investigate bugs, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
- To help prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may share data with service providers that are necessary to operate the app and its features.
- Firebase (Google): used for authentication and app database features.
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: used when you choose those sign-in methods.
- RevenueCat: used to manage in-app purchases, entitlements, and purchase restoration.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: used for processing purchases and related billing or restore flows.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Data retention
We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse or fraud.
6. Your rights and privacy requests
You may contact us at grammilla.academy@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also delete your account directly inside the Grammilla app if that option is available for your account.
7. Account deletion
If you created an account for Grammilla, you can request deletion of your account and associated app data in two ways:
- Inside the app: open Grammilla, go to your Profile screen, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
- By email: if you cannot access the app, contact grammilla.academy@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request - Grammilla.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or technical compliance reasons.
8. Children
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children under the age prohibited by applicable law without appropriate consent.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
